    1. General Overview

    At SoftFlix BD, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our products (which include both digital access keys and physical goods), our refund policy is divided into two specific categories. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

    2. Digital Products (Game Top-ups, Subscription Keys)

    Non-Refundable: All digital products, including game top-ups, gift cards, and software subscription keys, are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable once they have been delivered.

    Exceptions for Replacements: If you receive an invalid, already redeemed, or defective digital key, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verifying the issue, we will issue a replacement key. Refunds will only be provided if we cannot provide a working replacement.

    Incorrect ID/Email: We are not responsible for top-ups or deliveries sent to an incorrect Player ID or Email Address provided by the customer during checkout.

    3. Physical Products

    Physical products may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

    • The product arrived damaged, defective, or is significantly different from the description.
    • You report the issue with unboxing video proof within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
    • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories/manuals.

    Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind."

    4. Refund Process & Timelines

    If a refund is officially approved by our support team, the funds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Account).

    Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

    Note: Transaction fees applied by payment gateways (if any) are non-refundable.
